What's Moving

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

The service

What's Moving is an information publishing service operated by Ones Tech Limited. It detects notable price moves in US stocks and publishes explanatory commentary — catalysts, market briefs, and cross-stock narratives. By using the app or this site you accept these terms.

Not investment advice

All content is general, impersonal commentary on market events that have already occurred. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not tailored to your circumstances. We are not a broker-dealer or investment advisor. Investment decisions are yours alone; consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

Market data

Quotes and market data come from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided "as is". Free-tier content is intentionally time-delayed.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase granting Pro access for the lifetime of the service — for as long as What's Moving operates, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the content or data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app.

Intellectual property

The service, its content, and the What's Moving branding belong to Ones Tech Limited. Your use of the app is a personal, non-transferable license.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ones Tech Limited is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
